At Solavo Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple.

Return Policy Overview

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or opened bed sheets cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return
  • Solavo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria
Important Note
Holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part

Shipping & Handling

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Email clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Describe the issue for faster resolution
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference

Exceptions

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like to order a different size, color, or item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item for a refund
  2. Placing a new order for the desired product separately
