All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing time may vary during peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods.
If any issues occur — such as incomplete payment or incorrect address details — our team will contact you at support@solavo.shop before dispatching your order.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States only.

Standard Shipping (U.S): 4–5 business days after processing
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed

While we strive to meet these delivery times, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S.

At this time, expedited shipping options are not available.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
